Property lawyers, buyer's advisers, estate agents and bank advisers see the same reports as the buyer, with less time per case. Tjekhuset gives you a first read in minutes, and the buyer a report they understand.
What you get per case
- Verdict, counts and totals computed by fixed rules from the grades as printed, in both report formats (colours and K-codes).
- Validity of both reports and the four conditions for the seller's release, checked against the documents.
- Insurance position on every finding, a plan for the open findings against the six-day withdrawal period, and a negotiation brief.
- Cost ranges from a sourced price table, public data for the address with source and date, a BBR comparison, period-typical weak points and a question list.
- A PDF in Danish or English that the buyer can bring to you, the bank or the family.
How it works for you
Buy a pack of invitation codes. Hand a code to the client, or upload the reports yourself on the client's behalf. A code unlocks one full report for one address. The report is the buyer's; it never carries your name or ours as advice.
- 10 reports: 2,990 kr excl. VAT (299 kr per report).
- 25 reports: 6,990 kr excl. VAT (280 kr per report).
Codes do not expire for 12 months and can be disabled at any time. Invoiced by email; write to [email protected] with your CVR number.
What it is not
Tjekhuset is not a building inspection, not legal advice and not a substitute for your work. It is the overview the client should have before they call you, so the conversation starts at the right place.
Independence
We do not sell to insurers, we never recommend an insurer, and we do not share case data with agents or sellers. See the privacy policy.
